Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small and desperately needed redecoration, plus the ceiling sloped in, leading to a few unintended head bumps. The noise from road works at night made it hard to sleep, and the rooms were quite hot. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, offering a lovely breakfast buffet and even free wine. The location was excellent, close to a big metro station, making it easy to explore Copenhagen. The dining options were good, with the highlight being the value for money. The facilities were sufficient, though some improvements could enhance the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences. The rooms were very loud, but other than that, everything was great. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our time there wonderful. The location was fantastic, offering a taste of the beautiful Quartier Latin of Copenhagen, although it could get a bit crammed at times. Dining was okay with some nice options available around Copenhagen. Overall, a positive stay with some minor downsides to consider.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although bright and quiet, could use some extra cleaning as there were dust and cobwebs in corners. However, the spaciousness was a plus compared to typical European standards. The location was superb, very central and within walking distance to key areas. The dining options were tasty, especially at the nearby restaurant 'Vækst. '
The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with comfortable places to sit and relax, although the rooms are on the smaller side. My night's sleep was interrupted by the noise of leaking radiators and a shower. The service was fantastic overall but lacked some attention to providing fans. The location is central but can be noisy due to bells ringing every 15 minutes from a nearby church. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of fresh and organic food choices. The facilities were decent, though a few maintenance issues were noted.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though clean and somewhat comfortable, were a bit small and lacked space for hanging clothes. Unfortunately, they always seemed dusty after the cleaning service, and there was a persistent smell of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking hotel. On the bright side, the service was exemplary, with the staff promptly addressing any issues, although there was a discrepancy with a refund promised. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Copenhagen near all the major attractions. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with a nice ambience but limited choices. Overall, the facilities were decent but could use some improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. On the positive side, for UK prices of £1900 for 3 nights, I got all-inclusive alcoholic and soft drinks between 7 am and 11 pm, which saved me a fortune compared to Danish prices. The rooms were clean and of decent size, but the bathroom shower glass could cover more to prevent water from getting all over the floor. There was an awful bad drain smell when we entered the room, yet the radiator provided a lot of heat even at the lowest setting.
